You can complete a Water Heater Prep without creating an account. We use an anonymous browser identifier for product analytics and to understand which acquisition channels are useful.

If you ask for quote review or concierge help, we store the contact information and context you provide. Uploaded files are treated as untrusted input. Our private review screen is designed to show safe preview copies rather than exposing the original upload during normal review.

Google Analytics, when enabled, receives categorical product events. We do not intentionally send email addresses, phone numbers, uploaded document text, filenames, or free-text customer notes to Google Analytics.

This beta uses Azure SQL as the primary operational store. Retention practices may evolve as real usage earns a more formal storage lifecycle.
